Two Year 13 students visited Auschwitz with the Lessons From Auschwitz (LfA) project in Autumn Term 2013.  The first seminar they attended taught them about the Jewish Ghettos that were created in Poland during WWII, they also heard a talk from a Holocaust survivor.  The second event was the trip to Krakow, Poland to see Auschwitz concentration camp.  The second seminar following this, the students shared their experiences.

Rachel Euripides and Karisma Indra were then asked to speak to the Education department in Downing Street about their experiences in January 2014.  They also held assemblies during Holocaust memorial week, and wrote the ‘Thoughts for the day’ programme for that week
