Ashmole Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The Trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school and has future expansion plans.
Ashmole Academy is a forward looking, high achieving secondary school with an excellent team of staff. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from governors, parents and pupils. We currently have approximately 1900 pupils with a growing and vibrant 6th Form of approximately 600. Our examination results are consistently high, and the Academy remains heavily oversubscribed every year.
Teacher of Performing Arts (Drama & Music)

The Performing Arts Faculty at Ashmole Academy is a dynamic and vibrant place to work. We have a strong cohort of students choosing Performing Arts at both GCSE and A Level and the faculty has its own building with excellent facilities, including a drama studio, numerous music practice rooms, a dedicated computer room and a new grand piano. At Ashmole we invest in and value Performing Arts with numerous shows and concerts throughout the year as well as a music scholarship programme.
The post holder will be able to teach both Drama and Music up to GCSE and would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher (ECT).

The department has a proven record of success, results are outstanding with over 80% of GCSE candidates achieving at least a grade 4 and with over a third of students achieving an A* or A grade at A Level.
