Graded Music Exams
GRADED MUSIC EXAMS AT ASHMOLE ACADEMY
THE AUTUMN TERM DEADLINE FOR ABRSM EXAMS IS FRIDAY 25th JANUARY 2019 SEPTEMBER. APPLICATION FORMS MUST BE HANDED INTO THE PERFORMING ARTS BY 8:00QM ON THIS DATE.
The Music Department at Ashmole Academy can enter students for any Music Examination Board graded examination.
ABRSM Practical Exams are held here at Ashmole Academy towards the end of each term.
All other exams are taken off site.
- Trinity Classical Exams are generally taken in Muswell Hill.
- Trinity Rock and Pop exams are generally taken in Islington
- Rock School Exams are generally taken in Watford.
- ABRSM theory exams are generally taken in Enfield.

Please contact Ms Beacon in the Performing Arts Office if you would your child to be entered for any other board.
Please note that exam dates are confirmed by the exam board once they have received and processed our application. The date and times are decided by the board and not by Ashmole Academy.
Parent/carers are responsible for sending in their application before the deadline shown, and for ensuring that the student has all the relevant music and piano accompaniments if necessary. Photocopies are not allowed in the exam.
