Enrichment
Throughout the Sixth Form, there are numerous opportunities to develop and build skill sets outside of the classroom. Such activities come in many forms and guises and are designed to provide a contrast with what happens in lessons by creating opportunities to try something different. From working with the younger years as a ‘buddy’ or ‘mentor’, to running or attending one of our societies (currently FemSoc, DebateSoc, LawSoc, MedSoc and Oxbridge), to entering the annual Investors Challenge, students have a wide range of activities from which to select.
Some other enrichment activities include playing a musical instrument and/or forming a band, applying to be part of the school production team, joining one of the sports teams, enrolling in Coding Club or playing in the intra-Sixth Form sports league, ‘Sixth League'. There are many more activities introduced each year to fit the needs of our students and the skills of our staff.
