Year 12 Geography Field Trip
During the first week of May 2019 our Year 12 Geography students spent 2 days carrying out fieldwork for their A Level coursework. On Tuesday, they visited the area around White Hart Lane to see the new stadium and redevelopment in the area. Students spoke to locals about their views regarding regeneration. On Wednesday - when the weather was less kind to them - they visited Kings Cross and Granary Square to look at the changes in that area. They saw the construction of Google's new UK Headquarters, had a talk from people at the Visitor's centre and marvelled at the newly opened Coal Drops Yard designed by Thomas Heatherwick. Students were polite to those they met and were good company even though the weather wasn't great. The students have now carried out all their fieldwork requirements for their A level course (which includes their recent trip to Suffolk) and are fully focused on their independent investigations. We look forward to seeing their high calibre work.
