Instrumental Tuition at Ashmole Academy

Music is a vibrant and valued part of life at Ashmole Academy. Our instrumental tuition programme provides students with the opportunity to develop their musical talents, build confidence, and experience the enjoyment of performing.

 

We offer high-quality specialist tuition across a wide range of instruments:

  • Brass Instruments (Trombone, Trumpet, French Horn)
  • Bass guitar
  • Cello
  • Clarinet
  • Drums
  • Flute
  • Guitar
  • Piano
  • Saxophone
  • Upright Bass
  • Violin/Viola
  • Voice

Lessons are delivered by our team of carefully selected Visiting Music Teachers. They are highly qualified professional musicians with a wealth of experience in both performance and education. They are passionate about music and dedicated to supporting every student in reaching their full potential.

We are not part of a music hub and run the instrumental tuition programme in house.

Lesson Information and Fees

Lessons are offered in the following formats:

  • £256 per term for 10 x 30-minute lessons
  • £128 per term for 10 x 15-minute lessons

Discounted rates are available for students eligible for Pupil Premium.

Lessons take place during the school day on a rotating timetable to minimise disruption to academic lessons.
