Ashmole Academy is committed to delivering a high quality careers programme. This includes promoting opportunities to all students, offering practical work experiences, and integrating careers into our personal development and academic curriculums. Below you can find some examples of careers events and activities that a student will complete throughout their journey at Ashmole Academy.

Our careers programme is evaluated on an annual basis both using the COMPASS+ Evaluation Tool as well as internal audits and feedback from stakeholders. This allows us to measure our programme against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure we are providing a successful careers provision.
