6^TH FORM ENROLMENT DAY – THURSDAY 23^rd AUGUST 2018

Ashmole Academy will be holding the Enrolment Day for entry to the 6^th Form in September 2018 on Thursday 23^rd August.  All applicants are welcome, however priority will be given to Ashmole students and those external students who have a provisional offer of a place.  Please see details below.

Ashmole students who have been provisionally offered a place

These students have been given an interview time between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.  They should report to the 6^th Form Centre.

External applicants who have been conditionally offered a place

These students should come in to school between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm and report to the 6^th Form Centre.  Please ensure that you bring the originals and also a copy of all your GCSE results with you (photocopying facilities are not available).  If you have not already sent it in, we will also require a copy of your birth certificate or passport.

External applicants who have not had an offer

These students can attend the Enrolment Day between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm and report to the 6^th Form Centre.  Please ensure that you bring the originals and also a copy of all your GCSE results with you (photocopying facilities are not available).   We will also require a copy of your birth certificate or passport.
