Why study Business BTEC at Ashmole Sixth Form?
The department is committed to providing students with as much guidance and support as possible to achieve the highest level in their coursework.  In addition, you have the opportunity to attend your own work placement, which gives you invaluable experience and a way to apply and explore all of the knowledge and skills you are learning as part of the course.

We provide you with opportunities to be creative and to contribute to your local community by organising an event for residents of a local care home, which not only allows you to make a positive impact but also allows completion of one of your learning modules.

Where possible we also provide talks from those in employment who can provide you with relevant knowledge and allow you to explore your learning in a more applied way.

Where will it lead you?
Studying Business BTEC will provide access to many employment sectors and of course will be particularly relevant for those wishing to follow a career in Business Management.  Alternatively, it can also lead students into Higher Education with many choosing to study Business at university or college.
